Yay, yay!

Well, I wore my new dress today but I didn’t have someone take a photo. For one, my hair is in terrible disrepair and I didn’t wanna do a thing with it. For two, my lip is terribly swollen and blistered. ICK! Next time, though. The dress turned out cute and cozy, I’ll be sure to show off sometime soon.

So, guess what? We’re going CAMPING in zero minus 48 hours! Oh my, how I long for it to be friday already. I’m so glad to be planning a little trip with my friends. Joey’s off on Monday so even though we’ll be back Sunday, we get a long weekend together! Can’t wait. And I just heard from my good friend Heather, who I haven’t seen in almost a year- she’s coming to visit next weekend! And she told me the sweetest things today and swelled my pride. I love her too! I can’t wait to see her, her family and the little ones, now already one and three years old. How time flies!

I worked on a super secret Christmasy project all day today. Yes, in May. It’s going to take me until the end of the year to finish, so I’m not wasting time. I am so excited to be working on this particular project, as it’s the type of gift that just keeps growing and giving over time- a real heirloom. OK, that’s enough hints.

I got a phone call finally from the imaging center, I’m scheduled to have my C-Spine MRI. Looking forward to getting that over and done with. It will be interesting to see if I’m missing the same bone mom is. I have her weird feet! Since I’m still feeling 75% better, I’m not in such a hurry as I once was for answers- so I scheduled it for a few weeks out. AFTER George Michael. Which is just 22 days away now!

Just one little complaint today- I think I’m becoming allergic to cats! First, there’s the blister on my lip. I have been kissing the kitties lately and I’m wondering if that’s what caused the blister. Second, I’ve noticed that when I’m playing with the kitties my eyes get puffy, red and burn- and I’m sneezing a ton. Third, I was rubbing my face on kitties yesterday and since then it’s burned like a sunburn. How weird is that?! It CAN’T BE! Oh well. I still love kitties.
